How long will my order take to arrive?
As a lot of our products are made to order, there can be up to 5 days turnaround before your order is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping for orders over $150 using code FREESHIP150 at checkout

What shipping methods do you use?
We use Australia Post for both standard and express posting. We will send you an email once your order has been fulfilled (shipped)

What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted for 14 days within receiving your purchase. To initiate your return please email hello@mymurphy.com.au including your order number and reasons for return. For all returns, return shipping costs are customers responsibility.
